◎简　　介

　　失业在家的范国生（刘青云饰）残忍地杀害了妻子（叶璇饰），这件事震惊了全香港，而他随后被诊断为有精神疾病而逃脱了法律制裁。医学才俊周明杰（黄晓明饰）主动承担为范国生的主治医生，极力帮助其治疗。三年后，周明杰力保范国生出院，重回社会，这遭到了医学界的一致反对，但是周却执意坚持。可是新的毒贩凶杀案又接踵而来，警方又再次把目标锁定为范国生，与此同时，周明杰的未婚妻宝儿（薛凯琪饰）遭遇了死亡威胁，强大的压力让周明杰无法喘息。如何拯救爱人，拯救事业？真相到底是什么？精神病人究竟能否被治愈？新一轮的自我救赎悄然开始。
