firstly this is not a new source, took the source file and played with it

Encode:
source was something between 4:3 and not widescreen,if you want the 4:3 ar aquos release is just fine btw
tried to get it to full widescreen without loosing much video, in the end its all about choices
I changed ar, changed aspect, cropped a bit on top and bit on bottom and ended in full widescreen.
added brightness,fixed contrast and rgb, slightly sharpen

it does look just fine now, its not the sharpest, but it will do till retail for me
